Our Environmental Consulting services
are provided by a professional engineering staff that
has over 24 years of engineering and environmental project
experience and has done environmental work in 31 different
states. That experience includes hundreds of projects
in the following areas:
Site Investigations - From the workplan
preparation, advancement of soil borings, installation
of groundwater monitoring wells and report preparation
we keep in close contact with our clients and the state
agency so that you are kept completely informed of what
is required.
Soil and Groundwater Remediation - Should
soil and/or groundwater remediation be required by the
state agency, Noble Earth is prepared to evaluate and
implement whatever methodology and bring the site to closure.
We work with the multiple state agencies that are typically
involved with remediation selection and oversight. We
specialize in finding the low cost solution and then effectively
implementing it.
Groundwater Monitoring - Installation
of groundwater monitoring wells and conducting periodic
groundwater sampling is typically required at contaminated
sites. We have strong working relationships with several
drilling firms and analytical labs and we take care of
producing the accurate results needed to make closure
decisions. From drilling oversight to preparation of the
reports, we guide the process to a successful conclusion.
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Whether an ASTM Transaction Screen or a full Phase I
ESA is required, Noble Earth has the experience from many
successful projects where environmental impairment issues
have been discovered and brought into the open. Experience
with underground storage tank (UST) detection, lead-based
paint, asbestos containing materials, and unreported spill
discovery, spill area evaluation and historical site use
are just a few of the issues that make working with Noble
Earth desirable.
Phase II ESAs - Should environmental
impairment issues be discovered, and you want them dealt
with further, Noble Earth is prepared to conduct whatever
services are required for the further evaluation.
