Simplified to one statement, Noble
Earth's recycling services reduces the disposal
and container costs for many construction projects by
reducing the amount of landfilled waste. Depending
on the construction project, a 50% to 75% reduction
in total construction project waste is possible which
equates to similar project cost savings.
Contractor/developer cost savings are accomplished by
approaching recyclable waste not as a liability but,
instead, as a raw material for other processes (such
as our recycled material products).
It is a fact that recyclable materials, some of which
are brand new, are thrown away at construction sites.
The people involved simply do not have the time to reuse
these recyclable materials themselves. That is where
Noble Earth can step in to help.
Noble Earth starts with a waste reduction plan, that
would be designed based on your construction site needs.
The waste reduction plan includes project details, expected
materials and layout of the collection container(s)
and/or areas. We then implement the plan during the
course of the site construction and typically perform
the following:
1) Coordinate for waste collection services.
2) Provide on-site training for involved personnel.
3) Provide source separation of recyclables from general
construction debris through use of separate containers
for waste wood, metal and other materials, as needed.
4) Stay in communication about site needs and routinely
visit and monitor sites that are actively under construction.
5) Noble Earth works with contractors, subcontractors,
developers, site owners, businesses, municipalities
and state agencies to ensure that the project needs
are met.
